The problem
5%

of parcel invoices contain a billing error

Why shippers quietly overpay by the tens of thousands

UPS and FedEx move tens of millions of packages a day, and their automated billing makes mistakes. Industry-wide, between 1% and 5% of parcel charges contain an error, yet carriers only refund you if you file a claim. Most accounting teams never do.

A $5 surcharge here, a late-guaranteed delivery there, a double-billed tracking number in the corner. Your team reads the invoices and pays them, because auditing every line by hand is not worth their time. That unclaimed money is real, and it is yours.

What we audit for

Errors we find, line by line

// 01

Late deliveries

Missed service guarantees are refundable, often 100% of shipping charges, if filed in time. UPS refunds a guarantee missed by a single minute.

// 02

Invalid surcharges

Residential fees, accessorials, and add-ons charged when the shipment never qualified for them.

// 03

Duplicate billing

The same shipment charged twice on your invoice, with no offsetting credit.

// 04

Billing errors

Wrong weight, dimensional-weight, and rate mistakes that quietly inflate your annual spend.

The 1–5% rule

What billing errors are actually costing you

Industry data shows 1% to 5% of all parcel shipping charges contain an error. Carriers only refund you if you file a claim, and most accounting teams don't have time to audit every line.

If you spend $50,000 a month on shipping, that can mean $1,000 to $2,500 in recoverable errors every 30 days. After our 50% fee, the rest is yours.

Questions

Straight answers

Does FedEx refund late deliveries?
Yes. Under FedEx's Money-Back Guarantee you can recover 100% of transportation charges for a package delivered past its commitment time, if you file within the claim window. We handle the filing.
Does UPS refund late deliveries?
Yes. UPS refunds 100% of shipping charges for a guaranteed package delivered late, but only if you file a claim. Most shippers never do. We do.
Is there any upfront cost?
No. We only get paid 50% of what we actually recover for you. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing.
Do I have to change carriers?
No. You keep your current UPS/FedEx contracts and reps. We just hold them accountable to their own service guarantees.
How much time does this take my team?
Zero. Once you forward the CSV, our engine handles the audit and the carrier claim submissions entirely.
